Step 1.- Create a new folder called signatures in My documents. Make sure that you can easily locate it.
Step 2.- Open notepad and paste your signature code in it. Save this text file as html file in the folder that you've created in the step 1

Step 3.- Open Microsoft Outlook and click on the tab Tools, then click on Options. Then, choose the mail format tab and click on signature

Step 4.- Choose New Signature. Enter a name for your signature. Select Use this file as a template where you will put the file you've created in step 1. Click Next to preview your signature and then Finish

Step 5.- To use this signature choose it's name from the combos for new messages and replies and forwards
